Window Boxes can help people with dementia engage with their environment in a healthy way
Our Window-cal designs are very popular in their own right but you can create more interest and involvement in the product by adding real shutters, a window box, or both!
Supplied flat packed, the window-box is fabricated from MDF with an integral waterproof liner. Once assembled, the internal joints can be sealed with silicon to create a water-resistant window-box ready for use with real plants.
The outer face can be painted to the desired finish, and the hidden fixings make it easy to hang the Window-box under a Window-cal or internal window.
The window-box provides an excellent interactive feature that can be used for nurturing plants, herbs and flowers.
Please note: We recommend plants are grown in suitable containers inside the Window-box.
