We are confident you will be happy with the product you have purchased from us, but please refer to our policy below if for any reason you wish to return it.
CancellationYou may cancel your order within fourteen working days after the order has been delivered.
Makerfield Ltd will then issue a full refund for the cost of the goods within 30 days of the products being returned.
How to return goodsTo return or exchange a product, please send an email to info@livingaidsuk.co.uk (external domain) or call us on 01254 247475 (Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm) to request an authorisation code.
If the goods have been delivered in faulty condition, we will refund the cost of postage.
If the goods have already been delivered and you have changed your mind, you may be responsible for the cost of returning them.
Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. If not, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement, and you may be liable for a claim for loss of value.
Non-returnable productsMade-to-order or personalised products are non-returnable unless they are damaged, faulty or not as described.
Perishable or wearable items, such as incontinence pads, are also non-returnable.
