The THROW & TELL ACTIVITY BALL provides an enjoyable, stress free way to stimulate conversations and help a person with dementia to unlock memories and reconnect with their past. It also helps to maintain hand/eye co-ordination.
Each panel of the ball contains a different conversation starter and when a person catches the ball their thumbs will be on two different panels. They simply choose one of the panels and talk about it to the person they are playing with. The topics have all been carefully chosen to focus on things that everyone has memories of and can talk or reminisce about.
