A daily concern for all carers, whether at home or in a healthcare setting, is minimising the risk of falls. To help promote safety, the Fall Savers Bed Transmitter can be integrated into a complete bed monitoring system with a localised alarm.
The compact, sealed Transmitter plugs straight into the Fall Savers Bed sensor pads (available separately) and communicates wirelessly with the Fall Savers Monitor (available separately). A Time Delay feature, adjustable between 0, 2 and 4 Seconds, can help to reduce the risk of false alarms. The Transmitter has a battery life of around 2 years, depending on the frequency of alarm transmissions, and can be used in most environments up to 15 metres from the Monitor.
